It all started with a can of ’Possum. Twelve years ago, as a simple gag gift for neighbors and family, we designed a Snow Possum in Sugar Plum Syrup label, printed it at a local printshop, cut it out, and glued it onto an ordinary vegetable can. That little joke sparked everything that followed.

From there, we dreamed up the HUMBUGGERNAUT brand—imagining a mysterious fellow named Johann Humbuggernaut somewhere in South Dakota, cranking out wildly questionable canned foods with even more questionable flavors. And honestly… things have come a long way since then.

What hasn’t changed is our belief that a good laugh can bring people together like nothing else. That spirit is what drives us to keep creating unique, ridiculous, conversation-starting products that carry on the legacy.

Now we’re thrilled to introduce our latest line: the Don Tahoe brand—featuring ’White-tailed ‘Possum Jerky” and “Squirrel Nugget Protein Powder’“.
